      Dear Parents and Guardians, 

      Welcome to Diego Martin Central Secondary School. It is my pleasure to have your child join this noble institution. Parents and students, you are now entering another phase of life's journey. Be assured that the staff and I are ready to walk with you along this educational pathway of secondary school.       pment of your child. Get ready, let us begin! 

      The Form 1 Online Registration period is from Monday 6^th July, 2026 to Friday 10^th July 2026. It begins with online registration on the registration portal diegomartincentral.net. Followed by In –Person Submission and Verification of Registration Documents on Friday 10^th July. 

      Your child will be at our institution for a period of five years. A contribution of $800.00 is requested which goes towards maintaining Edupage the school’s online database management system, student ID and attendance system and school development projects over the next five years. There is also a PTA Contribution of $50, therefore, the total amount will be $850. Deposits should be made to any First Citizen's Bank, Account number 778326, in favor of Diego Martin Central Secondary School. 

      1. Before filling out the Registration Form, you should have available for upload 

      1. Birth certificate of child and affidavit where needed  

      • Proof of citizenship if he/she is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago 

      • Valid student permit and any relevant documents if he/she is a non-national 

      2. Immunization card of child 

      3. Recent passport sized photo of child, with a white background. (No sleeveless tops or low necklines and hair away from face) 

      The documents are to be scanned and uploaded in the respective sections. 

      STAGE ONE 

      2. Hereunder are some guidelines for filling out the online registration form: 

      

      1. To fill out the online registration form, parents should visit the website https://diegomartincentral.net  

      2. On the home page, select STUDENT PORTAL. 

      3. Click on FIRST TIME LOGIN CLICK HERE!  

      4. You will be instructed to Insert your child’s Birth Certificate PIN in the space and click on login.  

      5. When you have logged in, you will be instructed to create your own password.  Please use a password that you will remember and keep it secure because this will be needed for future login. 

      6. A page will then pop up with your child’s Student ID. Write it down and keep it safe. For your next login you will use your student ID provided for all future logins.  

      7. When Google’s password manager asks if to save this password? Select YES 

      8. You will then be taken to the EDIT/ VIEW REGISTRATION page. Click on it. The online document is divided into six sections: 

      1. Student Data 2. Family Data 3. Medical Data 4. Other Data                       5. Upload Documents     6. Completed 

      Complete each section by ensuring that you scroll to the bottom of the page. When you complete one section, select the next section from the option bars located at the top right-hand side of the page.

      Please note when uploading passport photos use the normal jpeg format or just take a headshot photo with your phone and upload it. 

      3. On the online registration form we have already assigned your child to: 

      1. His/her student ID, which is to be used for all future logins 

      2. A school email for your child to access Edupage for class timetable and other communication  

      3. His/her class 

      4. His/her house 

      N.B. The Student Portal is also the Parent/Guardian Portal.  
      The student’s school email is (Firstname.Lastname@diegosec.edu.tt) password: Education1. All other information including access to Edupage the school’s Learning Management System, will be sent to this email.  

      STAGE TWO  

      4. In –Person Submission and Verification of Registration Documents 

       

      Friday 10^th  July 2026     TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

      1. Print and sign your child’s registration form and bring it with you to the school. You should print on 8 ¹/₂  X  14 paper 

      2. Bring in the original and copy of documents uploaded: Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, and Bank Receipt. (Copies will be kept at school).  

      3. Package collection: Once documents are verified, you will receive a package containing- the booklist, design of school uniform, rulebook and exam pad. 

      4. Photos for student ID badges will be taken at the school on this day, after the verification process. Students should not have hair covering their faces. Students should wear a plain white T’ shirt, polo or white shirt. No Jewelry. No makeup. 

       

      5. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

      1. Declaration Information: 

      If your child is not accepting a place at our school and is going back to the Primary school to re-sit the SEA then the Declaration Form must be filled out and given to the Principal. In this case, your child must not register at the school. 

      2. Transfer Information: 

      Parents who do not wish to have their child attend Diego Martin Central Secondary School should meet with the principal to apply for a transfer during the registration period. However, you must first register your child at the school before making the transfer request. 

       

      3. School Re-opening: 

      1. School re-opens on Monday 7^th September 2026. Orientation Day for Form 1 students will be on the First Day of school.  

      2. Form 1 Parents' Meeting will take place on Wednesday 9^th September 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
